We are looking for compassionate individuals willing to serve as hospice volunteers! As a hospice volunteer, you will have the opportunity to work directly with our patients and their families to provide them with needed support. A hospice volunteer can serve in a variety of different ways! Examples include but are not limited to: providing companionship, reading, assisting with chores, providing spiritual support, mowing the lawn, walking the dog, or playing games. We are open to hearing about any talents/services you wish to share! We also provide volunteer training free of cost at our home office in Jeffersonville. So you will feel fully prepared and supported while volunteering for our clients. Our volunteers make a big impact on the lives of our patients and families. So we are so excited to meet you and have you join our team!
