Description
The Cape Fear Literacy Council is a community based non-profit organization. We match trained tutors and class instructors with adult learners who want to improve their skills in reading comprehension, math, and computer literacy. Our volunteers provide free, confidential and individualized training to help students meet their goals.
We have various administrative and event-based projects available year-round, perfect for individuals or groups.

REQUIREMENTS
- Must be at least 16
- Please be able to volunteer for at least 2 hours per shift.
- Volunteers for this project should have moderate strength in hands/arms for addressing letters, and legible penmanship. Ideally, anticipated output for a two-hour shift should be between 150-180 addressed & stuffed letters.
