Green Team

The volunteer description for both days is bin guarding. Bin guarding is instructing attendees where to put their waste to raise diversion rates (decrease how much goes to the landfill by increasing the recycling and composting). We do a quick tutorial for what is and is not recyclable, compostable and landfill bound and then set you up at a station to inform people who approach you. The Devour Culinary Classic is respected and popular Phoenix delight. The event is both Saturday and Sunday this weekend, we are looking for shifts from 9am to 5pm. You would get breaks throughout the day and you’d also get a free 105 dollar ticket to attend the event for free the day you do not volunteer, which includes free food samples from all the vendors and (for an extra ten dollars free alcohol samples from all the vendors.)

Come help out our Green Team and divert some waste!
