Greet patients, family members and visitors in our Black Oak Clinic.
- Offer support in calm and comforting manner as appropriate to the situation and/or individual
- Acknowledge everybody with eye contact when they are within 10 feet. Verbally greet them when they are within 5 feet.
- Function as liaison between Medford Medical Clinic Staff staff, patients and visitors
- Provide information to visitors, patients, and staff as needed
- Walk patients and visitors to locations as requested
- Proactively observe and provide wheel chair transport service for patients, family members and guests
