Go Red for Women is a fundraising event that spreads awareness about heart disease and stoke symptoms in women. This event will have a fashion show, silent auction, guest speakers, amazing women, and so much excitement!

We would certainly love to have your assistance with the event. The Luncheon is quickly approaching- February 28 th at the US Grant Hotel from 10:00am-2:00pm.

We are looking for volunteers to help with the following:

Feb 28 th

  • Day-Of Event Setup: 8am-10:30am (duties may include setting out signs, last minute décor, lifting items, setting out auction items, etc.)
  • Registration: 9:00am-12pm (duties will include greeting guests, using laptops/ipads to check attendees in/out and ensure they have bidder #’s, programs, know where they are seated, etc., may need help as "runners" helping to hand items to attendees.)
  • Tear Down: 2:00pm-3:30pm (duties may include helping remove decoration, take down signage, and help packing items up)
Attire: Black, Business Attire (Black dress, slacks, etc.)

We would be so appreciative of your presence in whatever capacity you can provide. Some volunteers opt to volunteer all morning/early afternoon, and some can only make it to part of the event. Please let me know what additional questions you may have. I will go ahead and add you to our day-of volunteers list and will follow up with more details as we get closer. Please reach out with your availability, so I can adjust the volunteer roster as needed.
