ALSAC/ ST. Jude Children's Research Hospital (www.stjude.org) and Praise 102.5FM are partnering to bring you a really fun Radiothon event. Volunteers will fill a phone bank where they will answer incoming phone calls on a headset, read from a computer prompted script and enter donor information into the provided form. Between calls volunteers chat, laugh, listen to the music, interact with the Radio personalities and other staff. This is a HUGE Radio one Urban Cares Radiothon!!! There will be media coverage and you can get your very own V.I.P (like) backstage experience by being a volunteer!
A little housekeeping...
- You must be 18 years old or older
- You must commit to a 4-hour shift
- You will be fed!
- You will receive the exclusive "this shirt saves lives" shirt through the mail after you volunteer
- It's a whole lot more fun if you bring a friend or loved one with you so get someone to sign up with you!
