ORGANIZATION: Doors of Change, also known as Photocharity

We are a nonprofit organization for homeless youth ages 18-24 and run a music and art program every Thursday and Sunday. The program is located at the Episcopal Church at 2083 Sunset Cliffs Blvd. in Ocean Beach. In addition to the music and art program we also serve dinner to approximately 20 to 30 youth. We are in need of a licensed nurse practitioner or licensed physicians assistant to aid our youth. Must be a licensed Nurse practitioner who can prescribe medication or a licensed Physicians Assistant who can prescribe as well.

Doors of Change (DOC),is a 501-C-3 organization that has helped place over 2800 Homeless Youth in safe housing in San Diego since 2001. In 2022 we shattered our record of placing youth in safe housing by 188: 349 homeless youth were placed!
