DECA is an international co-curricular high school organization that provides rigor and relevance to marketing, management, finance, hospitality and entrepreneurship programs across the globe. We would love to have you participate in evaluating student presentations and assist us in spreading the word to other potential judge volunteers. We are in need of 150 judges to get each event covered.
Judging competitive events requires a one day commitment, and you'll be assisting high school students as they work toward successful careers. These students have worked all year to prepare for their competitions both inside and outside of the classroom, and have personally raised the funds to attend the conference where their skills will be evaluated by you.

It's easy to judge! Registered judges receive detailed information and a thorough judge orientation is held on site before competition begins. People who have judged before thoroughly enjoyed their experience and want to return to judge again. It is through DECA and conferences/opportunities such as this that students become career and college ready!
