We provide in-person adult high school equivalency prep classes, refresher classes, and English Language Learner classes. We are with North Kansas City Schools but we service all school districts in the KC Metropolitan area. We are looking for volunteers to help work with our adult students (17 years and older) tutoring and/or helping us with office/clerical work. We also need volunteers to help with special events like our graduation in June.
Classes will be held at the NKC Schools Adult Education Center located at 6449 N. Prospect Ave, Gladstone, MO. Class times are Monday-Thursday and we run both morning and evening classes. Our morning classes are 9:30-noon and evening classes 6:00-8:30pm.
