We need to give the Nearly New Shop a facelift!
Here are some projects that are best tackled by groups of volunteers:
Walls:
All walls, columns of Nearly New Shop, dressing rooms and NCJW office, break room and rest rooms repaired and painted. **Any repairs can be improvement, not perfection:
- Back wall of store made smoother: skim coat (it once had carpet on it)
- Restrooms: paneling repaired, and walls painted
Women’s Dressing Rooms:
Replace missing floor tiles
Mirrors removed, walls repaired, board that blocks sightlines repaired or replaced and painted
Add hooks in dressing rooms
Replace vinyl base boards
Rails along ramps to lower level:
Repair or replace rails
Finish carpet where fraying on sides
