Calling all fun-lovers, adventure-seekers, arts and crafts gurus and camp-song superstars! If you have a big heart and want to bring an amazing experience to foster kids this summer, WE NEED YOU!
We are looking for a diverse group of volunteers of all stripes and experience levels to join us for our annual week long summer camp in the San Diego area. Camp is filled with activities like arts & crafts, talent shows, swimming, horse back riding, and dance parties. This is a week for foster children to explore new experiences in a safe environment. You will have the unique opportunity to empower these children and show them unconditional love during camp. These are the moments that Bring Me Hope Camp was created for!
No prior experience or skill sets are necessary, we will provide all the training you will need.
- Full Availability August 11th-17th (This is a sleep away camp)
- $350 Volunteer Fee (This makes it possible for foster children to come to camp for free!)

- There will be a mandatory training day August 11th before our little campers arrive.
- Willingness to play, explore, think on your feet, problem solve, and spread oodles of love and joy!

Mission Statement
Our mission is to provide foster children with a safe place to experience healing, be assured of their value, and be given opportunities to explore fun, new things like swimming, art, music and field trips. Our five day summer camps center around supporting social workers and foster families, in their service to foster children, by giving their children the opportunity to experience a fun week at camp, filled with therapeutic activities.
Description
Bring Me Hope began with one family, one adopted baby and one summer time in China. Now Bring Me Hope spans several continents: From its hometown in California, it has branched out to the rest of the United States as well as to the Philippines, Canada, Australia, and Ireland. We believe that every person is created with value. It breaks our hearts when that is not recognized and children are rejected, abandoned and abused. Our experiences and histories vary, but one thing binds us: passion for serving needy children and recruiting others to the same cause.
