Come learn more about the All Stars Project, our programs, upcoming events and how you can help at volunteer orientation.

The All Stars Project (ASP) is a national nonprofit organization founded 38 years ago. Our mission is to transform the lives of youth and poor communities, using the developmental power of performance, in partnership with caring adults. The Dallas location, launched in 2013, currently runs two programs that focus on youth from Dallas’ poorest neighborhoods, including South Oak Cliff and West Dallas. Volunteer hours are ongoing, varied, and flexible. For more information or to attend orientation, please contact Natalie Shaney at nshaney@allstars.org

Mission Statement

Our mission is to transform the lives of youth and poor communities using the developmental power of performance, in partnership with caring adults.

Description

ASP of Dallas consists of two youth developmental programs:

The All Stars Talent Show Network (ASTSN) is an after school, performance-based enrichment program for inner- city youth. Each year, thousands of children and young adults, ages 5-25, participate in several dozen All Stars events. These include auditions, rehearsals, talent shows and performance workshops that take place in local school auditoriums and at the All Stars Project headquarters on 42nd Street.

Young People Building Bridges Across Dallas is a leadership program to prepare youth to be successful in our diverse and demanding world.
