Health 4 Humanity, Inc., a 501(c)(3) scientific research organization and H-1B Cap-Exempt employer, offers supervised structured and guided work-based training to improve executive trainees' knowledge and capabilities. We are looking to fill our weekly calendar with meaningful activities, events, and contest for the community. We are seeking someone who is good at online research, social media, event planning and organizing.

Event planner and organizer typically do the following:

  • Search local community events that H4H (trainees) can be a part of
  • Contact public event organizer to understand areas H4H can assist with
  • Plan the scope of the event, including its time, location, and cost
  • Coordinate with trainees/volunteers/attendees to make sure it runs smoothly
  • Monitor event activities to ensure that attendees are satisfied
