We need unpaid volunteers in various departments of Smith County to scan documents, complete data entry and help with any other needs that may arise. ATTENTION TO DETAIL IS A MUST! Consider giving back to your community in a meaningful way!
Hours are flexible, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
We need volunteers in the following departments:
Adult Probation (Downtown Tyler)
Sheriff's Office (Downtown Tyler)
Fleet Administration (Downtown Tyler)
Justice of the Peace Office in Precinct 4 (Winona, TX)

It is the mission of the Smith County Volunteer Program to strive for excellence by providing a method by which County citizens can provide service to the community through volunteering their time and efforts to different departments throughout the County
Description
The Smith County Volunteer Program is in place to fill the needs of Smith County with quality volunteers that want to make a positive impact on our community. Our goal is to have volunteers working with every department in Smith County to increase community pride. "Volunteering is the ultimate exercise in democracy.
