The American Cancer Society in Madison, Wisconsin is looking for an office volunteer that will perform a range of administrative and office support functions. The local team starts a busy season of special events that require support as we raise money for cancer research and in support of patients.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The volunteer will help perform general clerical duties including mailings, printing labels, stuffing envelopes, photocopying, organizing event materials like t-shirts and other items, assist with incoming and outgoing mail orders and packages and handle additional requests. The office support volunteers will work directly with the Office Coordinator and other staff.

Qualifications: Good organizational, written and verbal skills. Detail oriented and committed to meeting deadlines. Good interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and manage multiple deadlines. Some knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, like Word but this is not Required.
