  • Providing respite to family
  • Socialization: reading, playing cards, sewing, simply being a friendly visitor to a patient
  • Office and administrative support
  • Offering their unique talents in any way toward supporting patients, families, and the community at-large

Volunteer with our team in the following capacities:

  • PATIENT CARE VOLUNTEER
Provide patient care and support services that contribute to the quality of life for patients and their families, such as socialization and active listening, providing companionship, preparing meals or snacks, or engagement in music or interested hobbies
  • OFFICE VOLUNTEER
Assist the clinical team with day to day operations within the office, such as assisting with patient charts, answering the telephone, filing, copying, and other supportive tasks
  • PET THERAPY VOLUNTEER
The Pet Therapy Volunteer provides support services in compliance with hospice policies. The Pet-Therapy Certified pet is utilized therapeutically to implement the hospice plan of care, providing tactile stimulation, aid in relaxation, companionship, and other quality of life benefits to patients.
  • Professional
Are you licensed in the field of your expertise? The opportunities to volunteer are as numerous as the individual needs of each of our patients and their families. Contact our closest program office to volunteer your professional skills and share how you envision donating your time and talents to our grateful patients and families.
