Caregiver Pampering Day

Pathways Hospice
This one day event is put on in collaboration between the Larimer County Office on Aging, Pathways, Alzheimer’s Association, Dementia Friendly Communities of Northern Colorado, Volunteers of America and Mountain View Presbyterian Church. On that day, over 80 caregivers enjoy a day of personalized pampering activities, stress-relieving classes and great food. You can sign up for all or just one shift.

11:30am - 1:00pm setup tables, prep for service

1-2pm serve lunch to about 80-90 caregivers

2-3:30pm clean up

Also needed is one volunteer who will help Happy Lucky’s Teahouse set up and serve tea from about 9:30am-1pm

Description

The Retired & Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) of Volunteers of America provides volunteer opportunities for individuals 55 years and older to use their skills, insight and lifetime experiences to assist residents and non-profit agencies in the county. RSVP also offers a variety of programs which provide services and enhance the quality of life for seniors.
