We need volunteers that enjoy making blankets for the terminally ill. We also need help making memory bears with our patients clothing to give to families after their loved one passes away.

To provide end-of-life care and support in a home or homelike setting for terminally ill patients and their loved ones.

Description

To ensure that no one will ever die alone, in pain or discomfort. Our staff and volunteers work together as an IDT (Interdisciplinary Team) for each patient & care giver to provide the best possible comfort care.
