The day will consist of a wellness expo with top fitness and health brands and interactive experiences and demonstrations with guest speakers, special guests, and more.
The morning concludes with an inspirational heart-healthy lunch program inviting attendees to network with other female professionals as we unite together in the fight against the #1 killer of women -- heart disease and stroke.
All proceeds will benefit Go Red for Women and support critical lifesaving research, local education and awareness programs, and advocacy efforts.
Volunteers are needed to assist with various tasks throughout the day. Jobs include: staffing expo booths, assisting with registration, mobile bidding breakout sessions and set up & break down.
We are also looking for a volunteer to capture secondary photography coverage. You must have your own camera equipment.

Education on how to recognize the warning signs of heart attack and stroke, what the individual risk factors are, how to mitigate those risk factors and most important what you can do in the fight against cardiovascular disease.
