ORGANIZATION: Southwest Maker Fest

We need a team of volunteers to be our "gophers" - go assist where the need is as they come up in real-time. Specifically there is a regular need to make sure our exhibitors get a break or an extra hand! It's hard work exhibiting at an event and we need the volunteers to support and be a part of the magic that creates this festival.

This volunteer roll will assist with:

- Watching over and often safely operating an exhibitor booth for the duration of their food or restroom break

- Passing out bottled water to sponsors, exhibitors and other volunteers throughout the festival

- Walk along the festival and regularly check with exhibitors/sponsors/visitors if they need anything

- Guide exhibitors and visitors to restrooms and offer public wifi password (will be given to you day of event)

- Any other odd jobs like helping someone move a tent, a piece of equipment or jumping in to help another volunteer if they need it
