- . Volunteers are needed on Mondays at the Cudahy Public Library, from 1:45-3:15 pm for the following help:
- Equipment set-up
- Spotting- trained by instructor on basic spotting techniques
- Exercise guidance as directed by instructor during class (i.e, reminders on posture, form etc...)
- Equipment clean -up
- This is an exercise class for persons managing Parkinson disease, and volunteers will assist the instructor with class set-up, spotting and guiding participants through the class.
- Additional Exercise Assistants needed in Burlington on Wednesday from 1:15 pm-2:45 pm
