Long Johns and Loppers Hidden Valley Natural Area Kansas City WildLands Ecological Restoration Saturday, March 2, 1:00 - 4:00 PM
Join our Kansas City WildLands team and layer up for our Long Johns and Loppers Ecological Restoration Workday! Volunteers will cut and stump-treat exotic, invasive shrub honeysuckle and woody invasive plants that threaten the gorgeous, hilly forest of Hidden Valley natural area, opening the forest up for native plants and wildlife to thrive again. What a beautiful way to spend a winter day! Please note this site may have a longish walk (on trail) to get to the work area
