Red Cross is looking for Volunteers to transport blood and blood products throughout the region in a safe and timely manner. Help save lives from the seat of your car and get our blood donations to those in need!
Why is this position important?
The Red Cross collects and distributes about 40% of our nation’s blood supply. When you deliver blood, platelets, or other blood products to a hospital, you’re delivering hope to a person when they need it most.
Types of Shifts
*Scheduled routes - Daily routes to different hospitals at a scheduled time
*On-Call Shifts - Delivering to hospitals in Marion County on an on-call basis.
* American Red Cross Volunteer Orientation
