Collage Dance Collective is seeking volunteers for our annual production of RISE, a ballet set to Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr's "Mountaintop Speech," at the Germantown Performing Arts Center on February 22nd. This powerful performance brings together our professional touring company and students from our Conservatory and we need YOUR help to make it memorable! Volunteers would be responsible for keeping our younger students orderly and working with our stage manager to bring them on stage at the correct times. Additional responsibilities may include minor makeup and hair adjustments and assisting with our dismissal procedures.

The company works to increase access to outstanding ballet training, increase diversity on professional ballet stages, and increase participation by people of color at ballet and other fine art events.
