Assist Slow Food East Bay over the course of 2019 with their Cultural Food Traditions project.

This bimonthly dinner & discussion series is mean to celebrate & honor culinary traditions that immigrants, refugees and displaced people use to maintain connection to homeland and community. This will be an opportunity to eat delicious food and dive into conversations about the ways in immigration is integral to a strong (and delicious!) food system.

We need a number of volunteers willing to help!
One or two people would be helpful on an ongoing basis to get the word out, manage ticket sales and coordinate with chefs and venues.
On the specific event days (the last Sunday of the month in the evening - April, June, August, September, October, January 2020 and maybe more!) to come to the site to help with setup, serving and cleanup.

In return for your help, you'll get one free event ticket to the dinner of your choice, as well as our grateful grateful thanks!
