This regional competition is the culmination of the 8-week basketball season for 300 Special Olympians practicing throughout Amador, Calaveras, Fresno, Sacramento, San Joaquin, Shasta and Tuolumne counties. Volunteers are needed as scorekeepers and timekeepers during games.

This is a great opportunity to help Special Olympic athletes, and to volunteer in a fun setting.

  • 4 hours
  • Volunteers age 10 to 13 can participate with parental supervision. All volunteers should be willing to have fun and cheer on athletes, as well as be respectful of people with intellectual disabilities.
