Volunteers are needed for our Nest Box Monitor program with MetroParks! Volunteers would monitor nest boxes twice per week with 3-4 days between visits from the beginning of March through the end of August. Monitors will record data to be submitted to the Cornell Lab of Ornithology. Monitoring sites are available at multiple sites. Nest Box Monitoring is a great way to learn about nesting birds and collect volunteer hours to be redeemed for rewards!
