After- School & Summer Camp Volunteer

The Carpenter's Shop Center is looking for volunteers in 2 different areas.

1. After- School Volunteer- This volunteer will be at the center for 2 days, for a total of 7 hours a week. The 2 days will be between Monday through Friday, and the hours are 2:30p - 6:00p. They will be working with children from Kindergarten to 8th grade. The volunteer will help with homework and transitional periods during the enrichment times.

2. Summer Camp Volunteer- This volunteer will be at the center for 3 days. for a total of 15 hours a week. The 2 days will be between Monday through Friday, and the hours are 10:00a - 3:00p. Due to the extra hours, the volunteer will be working, they will need to have a background screening completed. The volunteer will be working with many students and helping in a variety of tasks. Each day will be different so the candidate must be flexible and patient. The students are from Kindergarten to 8th grade. Duties will be assigned daily based on need and availability.
