The Pups need you!
Help these puppies learn to be great Assistance Dogs!

If you love dogs and helping others, this is the best way in the world to truly make an impact on another person's life!

Can Do Canines is seeking Long-Term Foster homes to work with dogs coming out of our Prison Programs over the next few months. Long-Term Fosters care for a dog for one to six months at a time. These dogs are usually one year or older. Long-term Fosters are not financially responsible for the puppy but are expected to attend one Can Do Canines training or outing each month and take the dog in public three times per week.

We’re with you every step of the way!

No experience is needed to work with our dogs. We have amazing trainers to teach you how to work with a future assistance dog. You’ll learn new skills at class, get comfortable taking the dog in public while attending our group outings, and we promise you’ll make some new friends along the way too.

Volunteers with our program should live in either the Twin Cities or near Eau Claire, WI to attend training classes once a month. Can Do Canines covers the costs of everything. We simply need you to bring this dog into your loving home.
