St Joe Volunteers: Help Greet & Assist Donors During Blood Drives
Want to be a volunteer who makes a life-saving difference in and around St Joe? Community Blood Center Ambassadors offer a welcoming smile and helpful assistance to blood donors in the area who provide the critical blood, plasma and platelets that patients need in hospitals across the region.
Ambassadors greet donors at CBC mobile blood drives in the region (and/or our blood center in St Joe) and distribute snacks, provide friendly conversation, observe donors for negative reactions and thank them for their life-giving gift.
Put your PR and people skills to good use and apply or learn more at www.savealifenow.org/volunteer or contact Volunteer Services at (816) 968-4079 or firstname.lastname@example.org
Volunteers must be 14 and older and participate in an interview, background check and orientation. NOTE: CBC does not currently provide service hours for court appointed volunteers
