We're currently offering a couple of really cool opportunities at Merrill Arts Center!

Costume Project Volunteers -

We're in the midst of some really exciting transitions as an organization like, expanding the educational programming to include both the performing and visual arts along with fostering exciting new partnerships in the region, and we're looking for some help on a really fun project: We have some really great future classrooms that are just waiting to be uncovered but, we're overburdened with excessive volumes of costume stock. Right now we are looking for student volunteers to help with the downsizing of our stock and to help with the relocation and reorganization of the costumer's workshop. As a registered nonprofit, this would be an excellent way to connect with our growing organization, meet new faces, and support our mission. Availability: Monday - Wednesday, and possibly Saturday with hours to be determined based upon interest.

Arts Administration & Project ManagementInterns - This internship reports to
our Administrative team. This includes office duties like: making copies, shredding sensitive documents, taking out the trash and vacuuming, answering the phone, helping with mailings (mail merging, printing and affixing labels, stuffing envelopes), assisting with the management of mailing lists (data entry and deletion), etc.

Availability:
*Monday - Friday, with hours to be determined based upon interest.
Qualities: motivated, organized, willingness to take direction, enjoys working as a part of a team or individually, no previous experience required.
