Our rescue organization is seeking a qualified, experienced Foster & Adoption Program Director. The Foster Program Director is responsible for the operation of a successful Foster and Adoption Program within NOARC, and should work closely with other Board members to cultivate this network. In general, this individual should be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Training: establish an effective training curricula for incoming or prospective foster families to complete;
- Network: seek out opportunities to recruit more fosters and utilize resources in the community to advertise the need for foster families;
- Preservation: ensure that current foster families are satisfied with NOARC and continue building positive relationships with each of them.
- Communication: establish effective, open communication with foster and adoptive families.

Mission Statement
Through partnering with shelters in the Midwest region, we strive to aid in the implementation of sustainable programs that address the issues of canine overpopulation, abuse, and neglect. In addition, these programs should promote responsible pet parenthood and encourage community-wide solutions. Further, we help our shelter partners through pulling individual dogs and placing them in foster homes throughout Ohio before ensuring that they are adopted to great homes.

Founded in autumn 2017, The North American Rescue Collective (NOARC) aims to help communities develop self-sustainable and supportive programs that protect canines and encourage responsible, positive pet parenthood.
