A Precious Child is a nonprofit organization based in Broomfield Colorado. Our mission is to empower children in need and their families so they can reach their full potential.
A Precious Child is looking for volunteers to assist us with Data Entry. As our organization grows we are collecting more and more data about the families and kiddos that we serve. Most of our departments have some kind of data entry need. This data is crucial to our organization because we use it to compile reports to receive grants and funding. We also use this information to keep our donors, board members, and community members up to date so everyone knows how many children we are serving at a given time.
This position requires someone who is detail oriented, coachable, and comfortable on a computer/laptop. Becoming a data entry volunteer gives you the chance to join a fantastic team and make an impact in your community. This information is crucial to our organization and the kiddos that we serve.
If you would like to join our team or would simply like some more information email Joshua Walsh Volunteer Associate at Joshua@apreciouschild.org

Mission Statement
A Precious Child, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides children in need with opportunities and resources to empower them to achieve their full potential. A Precious Child envisions a future where every child grows up to be a secure, self-reliant, contributing member of their community.
Description
A Precious Child assists children and families facing difficult life challenges such as abuse and neglect, crisis situations, and poverty. We work with more than 300 agency partners throughout eight counties which include Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Broomfield, Denver, Douglas, Jefferson, and Weld Counties to identify children and families in the most need of our services. Our core initiatives help build the whole child, in addition to meeting basic human needs through our Resource Center, we also help children and their families navigate community resources.
We aim to bridge the gap in a child’s education so that they can become a secure, self-reliant, contributing member of their community as adults.
