We are growing our volunteer teams in many areas of our rescue. We have the following opportunities:
Fostering (short term and long term)
Cage Cleaning at Petsmart
Adoption Day Assistance
Fundraising
Marketing
Iventory Management
Assistance with phone calls
Drivers for vet appointments
Drivers for spay/neuter day
Regarding our foster program: We have short term and longer-term opportunities to foster a cat or kittens. For the Love of Cats Rescue and Adoption helps provide the supplies needed. You supply the home, love, and care. Once our cats/kittens are ready for adoption they are adopted through PetSmart located in Commerce Michigan. See how rewarding helping a foster cat find its forever home can be.

Mission Statement
We are a no-kill, no declaw 501c3 organization serving Oakland County and surrounding areas dedicated to: -Finding homes for abandoned, unwanted cats and kittens -Providing medical help to the sick and injured cats and kittens -Trap, Neuter then Release(TNR) feral cats to prevent more homeless cats and kittens.
Description
Established in October of 2015, as a cats only rescue, we are partnered with PetSmart in Commerce Township, MI where we hold adoption events every Saturday in order to place our many deserving cats and kittens in loving homes. As of July, 2018 we have placed over 1000 cats and kittens. Since we are a foster based rescue only, our number one need is more foster homes for the many more cat and kittens still needing our help. Our goal is to some day be able to have an actual facility to be able to help even more. We are young as a rescue but are very close to being able to obtain grants for food, litter, medical expenses including spay/neuter, etc.
