Compassus Hospice is looking for friendly volunteers available in the Central Texas area to provide end of life support to patients in their homes, nursing facilities, or assisted living facilities. Support opportunities include but are not limited to the following: companionship visits, caregiver sitting support, phone calls, reading books, journaling, crafting, music therapy, home organization, lawn maintenance, meditation and spiritual prayer guidance, and beside vigil.
Veterans and Pre Med Students encouraged to apply! For more information on direct patient care and office administrative opportunities, please reply.
