Assist Red Cross with emergency communications services in the form of monitoring, coordinating and providing emergency communications/services to disaster clients during disaster responses and to provide information and referral services to Red Cross callers.
-Respond to requests for disaster assistance by Fire and Police Departments and other local municipal and agency officials via telephone. Notify the appropriate management, staff and volunteer personnel as determined by the Chapter Notifications.
- Serve as the communications contact, and technical support for ARC personnel responding to or at disaster sites.
-Facilitate the issuance of direct assistance to disaster clients.
- Gather and compile information pertinent to disaster responses
- Willingness to support Red Cross Mission
