Family is the cornerstone of Mexican culture, but there is no doubt that mom is at the center. Without a doubt one of the most important celebrations is May 10th, Mother’s Day in Mexico.
This year, Esperança is supporting mothers from Title I school districts who would not have the means to be pampered the way moms traditionally would. Food, flowers, and games are provided to attendees free of charge.
Esperança will need volunteers the afternoon before the event for set up, and the day of for registration, food service, and clean up. The event is taking place at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from 9:00AM - 1:00PM. Volunteers should be at the venue one hour prior and one hour later for set up and clean up.
Lunch will be provided to all volunteers!
