Volunteer once a month or more for community programs such as Coffee Break, an informal lectures series that occurs on the second Saturday of each month. Training will be provided. Volunteers will work independently and should be friendly, dependable, and enjoy cultivating a community around the arts.

Located on a historic 27-acre campus in Jenkintown, Pennsylvania, just 10 miles from Center City Philadelphia, Abington Art Center presents exhibitions, programs and events designed to make the arts a part of your world. We believe art should be engaging, approachable and, above all else, fun. At AAC, you won’t just observe art. You’ll touch it, feel it, create it and be a part of it.
Explore making art yourself in one of our many workshops and classes, visit our galleries and sculpture park, or bring your family for one of our many events such as the Summer Concert Series or Coffee Break Conversations with exhibiting artists. You choose.

- Must be at least 18
- A minimum of 3 hours a month, from roughly 9:30am - 12:30pm on the second Saturday of each month.
- Ability to lift and move chairs, tables, and other mid-weight equipment preferred. Should be comfortable engaging in friendly interaction with both individuals and groups of people.
