This event is an uplifting Gala that brings together the ALS community. The name "A Toast to Life" was chosen as a reminder to live life to the fullest each and every day. It offers an opportunity for business professionals, family and friends to come together to combat such a devastating disease as ALS. Join us at this fun and heartwarming event! The Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) is a voluntary national health agency--a dedicated partnership between scientists and concerned citizens aimed as conquering neuromuscular diseases that affect more that a million Americans.
Description
The local MDA office is avalible to serve anyone with one of the over 43 neuromuscular diseases in the Association's program. MDA today is one of the world's leading voluntary health agencies fostering research and medical care. Programs supported by your local MDA office include, clinics, summer camp, support groups, and research. The Association receives no government or United Way funding.
