These individuals that choose to volunteer must be understanding, kindhearted. and willing to donate their time to making these bears. Mission Statement

It’s hard to know where to turn for help when facing a serious illness. ViaQuest can improve the quality of life for those living with chronic and terminal diseases and conditions. These diseases slowly decrease an individual’s ability to live life to its fullest. There comes a time when seeking a cure may no longer be possible or in one’s best interest and the focus turns to quality of life. When that happens ViaQuest Hospice may be the answer. Our care is not focused on the disease, but on pain relief and symptom control, making it easier for you to keep your focus where it should be - on living more fully. Our core services are at the heart of what we do. We are experts in providing high-quality, cost-effective home health, hospice, and behavioral health care that goes beyond just service. We also specialize in caring for individuals with developmental disabilities, offering innovative services that help people live their best lives possible.

Founded in 1999 by CEO Rich Johnson, ViaQuest has grown from a single division in Ohio to serving individuals throughout Ohio, Indiana and Pennsylvania. The name ViaQuest represents the overall mission of the company: a group of people on a mission (or Quest) to change the way (Via) health care services are delivered.

Through a wide range of innovative services referred to as ViaQuest’s Circle of Care, our skilled, dedicated employees ensure that the people we serve are active participants in their own care.

ViaQuest offers quality, highly-personalized, specialized and cost-effective care, solutions and services through the following divisions:

Home Health
Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions
Veteran Services
Day & Employment Services
Residential Services
Diversity & Inclusion

Health & Medicine
People with Disabilities
