Would you like to provide companionship to a person at a very special time in their life? You need only a caring heart, ability to listen and some time to share. Carter Healthcare and Hospice is looking for volunteers to help us serve our patients. There are many different ways that you can volunteer:

-As a companionyou may sit with a patient, read a story, engage in conversation, share a laugh, sometimes allowing the patient's main caregiver to get out of the house to run errands or do some self care.

-Administrative Volunteers are just as important and help with phone calls or patient mailings from our office or your own home.

-You can even recruit other volunteers at job fairs or by dropping off flyers at various locations.

Your time and talents, whatever they may be, will be appreciated, and we will work with your schedule! Do something truly worthwhile this year!
