We are looking for someone to lead an ESL conversation group to give our students the opportunity to have supportive conversations with other ESL students in English. Questions about the group and days and times would be arranged with the Contact person: Susan Settler at the Albany Center for Education. s.settler@hvcc.edu or call 518-273-1900 x 2303 between 9am and Noon weekdays.

The Capital District Educational Opportunity Center (EOC) is an educational enterprise that serves eligible adult learners. The EOC delivers comprehensive, community-based academic and workforce development programs and provides support services leading to enhanced employment opportunities, access to further education, personal growth and development.
Description
Academic and vocational training for economically and educationally disadvantaged adults. Located in the heart of Troy, NY, the EOC offers vocational training for entry level positions in Building Trades, Welding, Nursing Assistant, Cosmetology, Medical Office administrative Assistant, and Culinary Arts. The EOC also offers academic support from elementary level reading and math through High School Equivalency test preparation and College Preparation courses. All students must meet eligibility criteria for admission based residency of NYS, income and education.
