Special Events Volunteer
Event volunteers usually work one day themed events that require large numbers of individuals such as: Boo at the Zoo, Santa's Tree Lighting celebration, Easter EggstravanganZoo, Sleepovers, Princess and Pirate Days, and the Annual Earth Day Celebration. Examples of work performed: assist with crowd control, registration, information stations, fund raising, craft activities, set-up & clean-up.

As a year round FREE venue, the Cape May County Zoo relies on generous community support to provide annual operating, program, and capital support. Donors play a crucial role in the success of the Cape May County Zoo's education and animal care programs, and local conservation initiatives.
