Mercy Housing is seeking enthusiastic volunteers to assist with the after school program onsite at Villa Madera. With staff support, volunteers will assist middle and elementary aged youth to complete homework and build literacy skills. Volunteers will also help implement physical education and art activities throughout the semester. Gain experience in an educational setting, learn about affordable housing, and give back to your community- all while having fun!

Mercy Housing California at Villa Madera is an affordable housing community serving 72 families in Oxnard, California. The after school program runs Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 3:00-5:30pm. A commitment of 4 times a month is preferred.
