Volunteers are needed to assist our riders as they participate in their therapeutic riding lessons. All riders have a disability of some sort, but volunteers need not have experience with individuals with disabilities or horses. Adult volunteers will need to pass a background check. Instructors will provide clear instructions on how to assist each rider. Classes are offered Monday-Thursday evenings from 6-9pm, Tuesday and Saturday mornings from 9am-1pm and Thursday afternoons from 1:30-3:30. Classes are offered year round. Volunteers come once a week and work with the same riders each week.
