If you have a passion for basketball and enjoy working with youth this coaching opportunity would be great for you!
Description:
- Be available for one practice (either a Tuesday or Wednesday night) and game (Friday nights) per week
- Choose your preferred age group to coach as well as your practice location/time from those available
- Follow our core values: put people first, lead by example, keep your promises and do the right thing
- All coaches must support our 'no scores and no standings kept' policy
- Submit a complete volunteer package
- Attend a YMCA Advanced Child Protection Training session
- Attend a free Basketball BC Coaching Clinic prior to the season start date
- Have FUN!!
