Night to Shine is an unforgettable prom night experience, centered on God’s love, for people with special needs ages 16 and older. On one night, February 8, 2019, churches from around the world will host Night to Shine for thousands of honored guests and we want you to be a part of it!
We have several areas in need of volunteers. But if you have a professional service license (photography, videography, hair dresser, make up artists, OT and Speech therapist) we REALLY have a need for you.
Anyone 16-35 years old who is a buddy: If you have the privilege of being paired with a guest, we will need to do a background check (free to you) and there is mandatory training.
All other volunteers will show up the night of the event; no background check or training required.
Its a simple event, it's lot of fun and great way to give back. You won't regret it. Message for questions.

Description
Night to Shine Silicon Valley has been hosting events for nearly 5 years now. Our goal is to reach out to a usually overlooked community and show them, for at least one night, they are special and have a place. We put on the event every year with the help of business donations, over 1000 volunteers, and monetary donations from all over.
