Come join our volunteer program with Kindred Hospice. Volunteering can vary between patients, such as reading books, playing games, helping with activities or just having conversations. Our volunteers play a vital role with our patients, family members, and staff. Enjoy every day by sharing your gifts and personality with others is truly a life well lived.

Managing pain and symptoms so patients may experience a calm and peaceful quality of life in their final days.
Affirming life and dignity while neither hastening nor postponing death.
Supporting patients and their families as they discover meaningful ways to say good bye.
Identifying and educating a supportive community that will be sensitive to the needs of the patient and his or her loved ones.
Offering palliative care and support to all terminally ill patients and their families without regard for diagnosis, race, color, national origin, sex, religion, age, veteran's status, disability, sexual orientation, place of residence or ability to pay.
Honoring and respecting the core values and wishes of the patients and families we serve.
