Being a friend to our patients is the heart of Kindred Hospice. Whether it is reading books, playing games, helping with activities or just having conversations, it is beneficial and meaningful to the patient and the family members. Enjoying every day by sharing your gifts and personality with others is truly a life well lived.

Description
Managing pain and symptoms so patients may experience a calm and peaceful quality of life in their final days.
Affirming life and dignity while neither hastening nor postponing death.
Supporting patients and their families as they discover meaningful ways to say good bye.
Identifying and educating a supportive community that will be sensitive to the needs of the patient and his or her loved ones.
Offering palliative care and support to all terminally ill patients and their families without regard for diagnosis, race, color, national origin, sex, religion, age, veteran's status, disability, sexual orientation, place of residence or ability to pay.
Honoring and respecting the core values and wishes of the patients and families we serve.
