That project is part of our impacts in the community. We become aware of the facts that many family members are struggling with their mortgage and rent payment because of the lack of information and resources available in their community. Most of the eviction cases should be avoided if people were aware of the availability of free resources in their community. We need volunteers and local business owners working with vulnerable population and willing to make an impact in their community. A project leader with a buddy team will choose a location and a date for a seminar or workshop. They can also be guest speaker at an event or host an event on behalf of VAV ACHIEVE. We will provide the content: 1-Introduction 2...Local Programs Cell Phones and Internet Nicer Banks and Those That Give Grants 3...Local People Who Offer Free Research Money and Help for You 4...State Programs 5...Federal Programs 6...Peer to Peer Loans: Cheaper and Easier Than Banks 7...Ways to Make Extra Income at Home from The Sharing Economy 8...Crowdfunding: For Down Payments, Home Improvements and Investments 9...Meetups: Best Way Not to Pay to Learn About Real Estate Investing 10...Angels: Rich Investors Are Easier Than Ever to Find 11...Get Your Money Back Without a Lawyer
